Dodo with Orange Sauce

Using Lower La Noscea oranges and dodos both, the classic northern pairing of dodo a l'orange is brought to you at its freshest and finest. The lightly-roasted dodo fillets are served with fresh-grown vegetables and coated in a zesty sauce made of orange juice and currant jelly. ☙

A succulent breast of Red Rooster dodo stiffed with premium greens from the Twelveswood and fine cheeses before being lightly breaded and baked to perfection for a powerful and complex flavor sensation with every bite! ☙

Translating to 'steamed lamb', Aliter Baedinam is Garlean dish centered around lamb cutlets tenderly steamed with onions and spices over seawater. The cutlets are served bathed in a white wine sauce and on a bed of La Noscean salad. ☙

Kupo Nut Flatcakes

A stack of thin buttermilk flatcakes with kupo nut shavings mixed into the batter. The finished short stack is then garnished with fresh Sylphlands fruit and assorted Gridanian nuts and drizzled with a Milkroot-extract glaze. One of the most exotic and unique dishes on our menu! ☙

Spring Cake Roll

Is your favorite season marked by flowers abloom and green returning to the land after a season of cold winds from Coerthas? Then enjoy the Elysium's taste of spring! This cake roll uses deceptively simple sweet cream and rolanberries rolled in a soft, spongey cake, but the craftsmanship and the careful coloring makes it a bright and cute sweet treat. ☙

Caelumfruit Tart

Mixing a light, flaky pastry with succulent fruit from the Caelumtrees in Dravania's Chocobo Forest, this dessert aims to please the sweet tooth that seeks adventure! The tart has both a jam made of the Caelumtree fruit as well as fresh slices straight from Dravania, and is drizzled with Caelumtree wine before baking for a little extra Caelum kick. ☙
